Users are expected to provide truthful and complete information to help us understand the full scope of the project. All agreements will be documented in written form, with any changes recorded as well.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or secure payment through our website powered by Stripe. A 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Ongoing maintenance services are billed automatically through Stripe. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, except in specific cases discussed individually.
Pagan WebCraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Services can be terminated at the beginning of the project before work commences or at any time if the client decides to discontinue. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
